There was actually some confusion when the booking was made. Advised the boss it’s ‘supply and installation’. Because of the confusion, Nick arrived at 7:00am and thought I would have everything ready for him to just ‘ put them in’. The situation turned out to be that he had to buy a new toilet from Bunnings and install it. Though it was a dramatic start, still happy to rate the service a 5-star, as Nick did a great job. Firstly he arrived on time. He’s always very polite even when it’s an unpleasant situation. I was truly impressed that he dealt with the incident calmly and professionally. He was able to quickly give constructive comments, solve the problem and move on. He finished the job without leaving a mess behind him, everything is neat and tidy when I arrived home. Recommended them without reservation.

We highly recommend easy solutions plumbing. They responded quickly and were flexible with arranging an appointment outside of our work hours to suit us. Nick arrived on time, was professional and was able to problem solve a couple of issues relating to our laundry sink and washing machine connection. We've had no further issues since.

Ben is great, he always takes the time to explain problems and options and happy to field my relentless detailed questions. He continues to think about problems after the fact and will often come back to me later with another option. We get them out often. Mistakes that have been made were handled really well, e.g. a drip was caused in the roof cavity when changing water systems. Ben was available on the phone for the emergency roof leak even though he was on holiday overseas, and was able to organise someone to come out quickly and fix the problem. Really happy with their service.

Ben and Mitch were fantastic and we highly recommend Easy Solutions Plumbing. Our bathroom/toilet overflowed late on a Sunday night and Ben took our call. He calmed us down and provided information on how to prevent further issues through the night. This would save us money and he promised they would be out to us the next morning. He kept his promise and by the end of the week everything was fixed and we were happy. Mitch did a great job restoring the area to its original state, after it was all dug up. It now looks better than what it was before.

We had a huge leak in the pipes coming from our upstairs shower which was leaking down onto our stairs. After a few calls to other plumbers who said they 'might be able to squeeze me in tomorrow' I rang and spoke to Ben and he was at our place within an hour! Work was finished that afternoon, was of very high standard and most importantly was a very reasonable price! I will definitely be sticking sticking with the guys from Easy Solutions for all future plumbing needs.

A year ago this plumber swore to my face that the hot water system he would install had a a stainless steel inner lining imagine my surprise when he installs a tank & it definitely does not have a stainless steel in lining! He quoted me $892 but when I got the invoice he wanted to charge me $1347! Without any real justification for the increase in price. The job was so dodgy what would take about an hour to 3 hours he didn't have all of the tolls example a pipe to soften out the water from the existing tank he dragged the tank across the tiled floor scratched my tiles and still there well his apprentice helped hold the tank on the tilt so he could empty out the water! This gives you an idea of the incompetence stay away from this plumber!!! The two other quotes that I got was for $1000 and was for a stainless steel inner lined tank!

Ben Royal from Easy Solutions installed a kiln flu and connected the LPG gas line. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. This is the second plumbing job he had done for me and I would recommend him for any work.
